As the chairman and founding member of Signature Group and its business units, Agrawal has over 29 years of industry experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and structured finance in leading firms such as Citibank and Paash Credit Management.
He has advised on over $1.5bn of transactions worldwide including $260m acquisition of a paper mill in Malaysia; $200m M&A of a hotel property in London and $500m Luxembourg listing for a power and infrastructure company.
Agrawal has been a pioneer in addressing finance and investment needs of companies distressed by capital markets due to economic cycles. He is also a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
