He has direct experience with investments in various sectors such as retail, media and entertainment, healthcare, education, financial services, industrials, infrastructure and he serves as a board member on number of portfolio companies globally.

Prior to his appointment at statebacked Istithmar, Pandhare worked for the Dubai developer Nakheel.

Pandhare holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University.
