Anil Bhardwaj is the director of Arenco Real Estate, part of the AA Al Moosa group. The group itself was established in the early 70s by Abdullah Ahmed Al Moosa as an architectural and engineering firm, with Arenco Real Estate launched in 1975 in Dubai to provide prime residential and commercial accommodation.
Bhardwaj, who is a chartered accountant by trade, has grown the company into one of the emirate’s leading real estate companies with 5,000 units of accommodation on its books.
As well as villas, warehouses, offices, staff accommodation, in recent years Arenco has added luxury hotels, including Hilton Dubai, Jumeirah, Hilton Creek and two Four Points Sheratons to its portfolio.
Most of its apartments are marketed under the Golden Sands brand name. The firm has grown into an enterprise comprising architecture, engineering consultancy, interior design, real estate and hotels.
