Faqeeh launched the company in 2008 with a total capital of $53m and, despite challenging circumstances in the kingdom, it has developed more than $1.2bn worth of projects in less than a decade.

Earlier this year, Bin Faqeeh began delivering $270m worth of real estate development projects to owners, including an ambitious 588-unit Water Bay development. The company also has started construction work in Alsidra – a luxury villa community with 465 villas located at Diyar Al Muharraq. Earlier this month, the company launched Bahrain’s first real estate app for smartphones, which gives users information on its projects, including photos and videos.
