Ziad Al Labban was in charge of the largest petrochemical
complex in the world — PetroRabigh’s $10bn refinery just north of Jeddah. As of
this year, he now heads up Sadara Chemical Company, a joint venture between
Saudi Aramco and the Dow Chemical Company. The firm is building an integrated
chemicals complex in Jubail Industrial City.
