Advet bhambhani does not like the cookie-cutter approach to business. “All of my ventures are a reflection of my personality, my desire to innovate,” he told Arabian Business last year.
“I have never found any gratification in cookie-cutter business models. I like to do things differently.”
In this vein, Bhambhani is working to shake up the healthcare industry in the Gulf and India with a chain of luxury hospitals, the first to be in Mumbai and the UAE.
Advet Bhambhani Ventures (ABV) has already introduced the UAE’s first mobile healthcare service and the largest private ambulance fleet in Dubai. It has nine medical centres and three hospitals in the UAE, with plans to expand in Oman and Qatar. Bhambhani’s other investments are in real estate and hospitality, and he has a passion for film.
