Belhoul, is a prominent member of the local and regional business community.  He chairs the boards of various business groups and associations, which include the UAE Private Hospitals Council, the UAE Private Schools Councils and the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Equipment Business Group in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).  He is also a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) as well as the Young Arab Leaders (YAL).
