The biggest city in the US is also the only American hub to make it into the top 10, despite a 10.7 percent drop in numbers in 2009.
Visitors to the Big Apple have the opportunity to see the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building, as well as shopping at the city’s many department stores. Other US cities to make the top 20 include Miami (13), Las Vegas (14), and Los Angeles (15).
