Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has directed a two-year exemption of commercial licences for businesses affected by ongoing infrastructure works in the Al Riffa and Al Jazeera Al Hamra areas.
