Dr. Bouraoui Kotti, a high-profile aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon, has planted his roots in Dubai.
Kotti is a Tunisian doctor who practices in Dubai.
Dr. Kotti graduated from medical school in Tunisia before he went to France where he earned a diploma from the French College of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery (PRAS) in Paris in 2007, a Doctor of Philosophy in PRAS at the Medical School of Nice Côte d’Azur in 2008 and a European Board certification in PRAS in Madera in 2008.

He is the first native Arab and African non-European doctorate quality certified and recognised by the EBOPRAS.
He then traveled to the United States and Norway where Kotti received multiple post graduate fellowships.
Dr. Kotti gained global recognition after eight consecutive years as the first ever National Secretary for Tunisia in the International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
Kotti also made headlines in 2012 in Beijing when he was recognised as £The Rising Star” in plastic surgery at the International Confederation of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Dr. Kotti boasts many other awards, accolades and industry leading results. While his practices cover many different aspects of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Kotti has earned acclaim from his breast augmentation results.
Kotti is also the acclaimed author of “The Breast Key Book”, a book that combines his lifelong passion for art with a walk through of the history of breast surgery.
The Department of Health in Abu Dhabi awarded Dr. Kotti with a Golden Visa two years ago, granting him residency in the UAE and exclusive privileges in the region, making him one of the first to receive such a distinction.
