Sotheby's employees pose for a picture in front of a picture of the British singer David Bowie (R) and beside one of the artworks (L) he owned named 'BEAUTIFUL, SHATTERING, SLASHING, VIOLENT, PINKY, HACKING, SPHINCTER PAINTING' by British artist Damien Hirst executed in 1995 with an estimated price of 250,000-350,000 GBP (300,000-400,000 euro; 330,000-450,000 USD) at Sotheby's auction house in London on July 20, 2016. Hundreds of items from late rock legend David Bowie's art collection, which includes pieces by modern masters and more eclectic fare, will go under the hammer, Sotheby's said Thursday. The auction house said that around 400 items from Bowie's private collection would go on the block in a three-part sale on November 10 and 11. (Daniel Leal-Olivas/AFP/Getty Images)
