Damac nears completion of Dubai tower construction

Developer says it will begin delivery of 404 units in Tower 108 in Dubai later this year

Damac Properties has announced that its 34-storey Tower 108 building in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle is in the final stages of completion as it prepares to begin delivery later this year.

Damac said it has initiated the final delivery and installation of various decor elements, unit components and door accessories as it prepares to hand over the 34-storey tower which consists of 404 residential units including studios, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments.

“Tower 108 offers a variety of units, ranging from studios to one, two and three bedroom, furnished apartments, offering an immediate move-in experience in one of Dubai’s most sought-after areas,” said Ali Sajwani, general manager of operations at Damac Properties.

“We are looking forward to adding Tower 108 to our growing portfolio of completed towers that are reshaping the Dubai skyline, and to welcoming residents once the snagging and finishing work is complete.”

Tower 108 comprises of a ground floor, four parking levels, 28 floors with 404 residential units and includes a swimming pool, kids pool, play area and a jacuzzi and gym.
