Shamal Holding and Marriott International Inc. have signed an agreement to develop EDITION-branded residences and a hotel at Dubai Harbour, with completion scheduled for 2029.
The Dubai Beach EDITION will mark the first EDITION residences in the Middle East, according to the companies.
The development will include 165 apartments with two, three, and four bedrooms, alongside a hotel with 185 rooms and suites.

The residences will offer access to resort amenities and services, building on Marriott’s residential development portfolio.
Each residence has been designed to reflect the brand’s approach to hospitality and the character of the location.

The hotel rooms and suites will feature sea views, and the resort will include dining options.
The development is located at Dubai Harbour, a waterfront destination that combines residences, hospitality, retail, and dining facilities. The site sits near a beach and offers views of the sea.
