Carlo joined Arthur D. Little in September 2005. He is Partner in the Dubai office, heads the Global Waste, Water and Circularity Competence Center for the Energy, Resources and Environment Practice of Arthur D. Little. Carlo joined Arthur D. Little straight out of University based out of Milan before transferring to Middle East in 2013.
During his professional experience Carlo acquired an in-depth expertise in strategy, large scale transformations, governance, privatization and sustainability supporting private and public sector players in the GCC, Europe and Asia. In particular, Carlo has been supporting utility sector across electricity, water and waste businesses towards a more sustainable, circular, efficient, value generating performance.
