Sanjiv Anand is the Chairman of Cedar, a Forbes ranked global consulting firm. He is a global thought leader on breakthrough strategy development & execution powered by the Balanced Scorecard framework.

For over 35 years, he has helped boards and executive leadership execute strategy and transform their business & organizations across industries. Clients have ranged from emerging companies, family-owned groups, F500 corporations, and banks.

The group includes London based IBS Intelligence, a leading global FinTech research and advisory firm. It also includes Cedar Capital, a BankTech/FinTech focused VC fund announced in 2023 that will focus on Series A investments in GCC and India.

He has an MBA from NYU Stern, and an AMP from Harvard Business School. Sanjiv is an author of two best-selling books – Execution Excellence, and Unlocking Human Capital to Drive Performance, both available on Amazon. He is a former YPO Chapter Chair, and currently an NYU Stern Alumni Head in Asia.
