Understanding future generations is the key to preparation
Author Archives: Sophie Simpson
London-born, Bermuda-raised Simpson is the Owner and Managing Director of Dubai and Manila-based PR agency, Atteline. Educated in the UK at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, Simpson has been passionately involved in the business of fashion since setting forth into the workforce as a university graduate.
Starting her career in London as Junior Fashion Editor with Vogue, Simpson later joined Style Magazine (The Times Newspaper) before transitioning from journalism across to PR. Simpson’s PR journey kicked off with Lee Publicity in the UK, and then she split her time between London and Milan, Italy in an exciting “in-house” role with luxury international lingerie label, La Perla. In 2013, Simpson responded to the call of the Middle East and moved to Dubai to lend her prowess to the region’s blossoming agency landscape as an Account Director.
After several years in the UAE representing an impressive portfolio of clients, Simpson went on to found Atteline in 2016, with the vision of transforming the industry by setting a new benchmark for quality and specialisation. According to Simpson, that included “developing symbiotic long-term relationships, focusing on fruitful partnerships, ensuring each client has a dedicated and focused team, driving collaboration between clients and strategic partners, and ensuring that what we do means something to the consumer.”
