ASGC, the UAE-based construction group, has been appointed as the main contractor of the Address Harbour Point project in Dubai Creek Harbour.
Located on Creek Island Dubai, construction works are already underway, ASGC said in a statement.
It added that Address Harbour Point comprises two towers, 65 and 53 stories each, which are located next to Creek Heights, a collection of luxury waterfront homes.
Featuring 202 luxury rooms, it will offer a choice of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and an exclusive Sky Collection of 4- and 5-bedroom penthouses on the upper levels.
Bishoy Azmy, CEO of ASGC, said: “We are confident that Address Harbour Point will be a signature landmark. We will bring innovative technologies and deep sector experience to the project. He said ASGC employs more than 16,000 construction specialists and workers across the UAE.
