More than 40 percent of the global workforce is considering leaving their employer this year, the Global Microsoft Work Trend Index 2021 revealed.
In this context, leading business stakeholders and employers will have to take greater cognizance of the trends and disruptors that are shaping the future of the workplace and will need to bring it to the top of their corporate agendas.
