As the ‘Great Resignation’ gains greater momentum in the post-Covid world, the attraction and retention of top talent has become more competitive than ever, according to global firm CRTKL.

More than 40 percent of the global workforce is considering leaving their employer this year, the Global Microsoft Work Trend Index 2021 revealed.

In this context, leading business stakeholders and employers will have to take greater cognizance of the trends and disruptors that are shaping the future of the workplace and will need to bring it to the top of their corporate agendas.

Prodipto Ghosh, the principal at CRTKL, said: “The workplace and the world of working has changed with well-being and happiness as the number one priority for businesses. Redesigned physical infrastructure supports new ways of working, empowering people to choose how and where they work – as the office becomes a flexible corporate asset to retain talent.”
