Saudi budget carrier flyadeal has announced its summer 2025 expansion programme, featuring the return of five seasonal destinations alongside the addition of Salalah in Oman for the first time.
The expansion will begin on June 19, 2025, the airline said in a statement via X.
Tickets for these destinations are now available through the flyadeal mobile app, official website, and travel agents.

The airline will resume services to Trabzon in Turkey, Baku (Azerbaijan), Tbilisi (Georgia), Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt), and Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), while introducing flights to Salalah in southern Oman.
The carrier, which positions itself as Saudi Arabia’s youngest and the region’s fastest-growing low-cost airline, will operate 13 routes across the six summer destinations from its bases in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam during the 10-week holiday season.
Steven Greenway, flyadeal Chief Executive Officer said: “This time of the year is always anticipated as consumers and the travel trade are eager to see which destinations we will operate for the busy summer season. We’re therefore delighted to bring back some of our popular and customer favourite destinations in Turkey, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Bosnia and Herzogovina to our network.
“With Oman also joining, our expanded summer programme which is likely to grow even further with additional routes to be announced over the next few weeks, the seasonal network promises to be exciting and adventurous for holidaymakers planning a short or long break with friends and families especially during the school holidays.”
Salalah, the new addition to flyadeal’s network, is described as a unique destination in the Arabian Peninsula with mountain ranges featuring greenery and springs in the north and white sand beaches in the south.
The city is known for its Khareef monsoon season from June to August, which transforms the desert into green landscapes with seasonal waterfalls. Salalah is also recognised for its frankincense and traditional Omani handicrafts.
The services will be operated using flyadeal’s Airbus A320 aircraft, increasing the airline’s international presence from 7 to 13 seasonal and year-round destinations across the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and South Asia.
Flyadeal currently serves Amman, Cairo, Sohag, Istanbul, Dubai International, Dubai World Central, and Karachi on its year-round international network, alongside 16 domestic destinations.
From March 30, 2025, the airline will add Al Jouf, Gurayat, and Arar in Saudi Arabia’s northern provinces to its domestic network.
The airline plans to triple both its network and fleet by 2030, targeting over 100 destinations served by more than 100 aircraft, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
