Leading UAE-based private real estate developer Azizi Developments has completed 87% of the overall construction works on its Creek Views I project, which is located in Dubai Healthcare City.
The development is scheduled to be handed over by Q2 2022, with its structure, blockwork, and internal plastering already completed.
The tiling works, HVAC works, and MEP works are currently 93 percent, 73 percent, and 62 percent complete, respectively.
Creek Views I is home to 634 units, including 396 studios, 218 one-bedroom flats, and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341 square feet of premium retail space.
