Dubai real estate market hits another high on Monday with AED1.7 billion worth transactions

Monday’s property deals included 498 sales transactions worth AED1.24 billion, 80 mortgage deals of AED444.06 million and 12 gift deals amounting to AED65.68 million

Dubai’s real estate market hit another high on Monday, September 26, with AED1.7 billion worth of total property deals.

Monday’s property deals included 498 sales transactions worth AED1.24 billion, 80 mortgage deals of AED444.06 million and 12 gift deals amounting to AED65.68 million, according to Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) data.

The sales included 469 villas and apartments worth AED993.53 million and 29 land plots worth AED248.33 million.

The mortgage transactions included 51 villas and apartments worth AED141.5 million and 29 land plots valued at AED302.56 million.

Monday’s property deals in value terms were much higher than the AED1.1 billion deals registered on Thursday, September 22.

The emirate’s real estate market has been seeing a boom period in the recent weeks and months, hitting over AED1 billion mark in a row.

The property market recorded transactions exceeding AED1.7 billion, AED1.77 billion, AED1.2 billion and AED1.6 billion on September 12, September 13, September 14, and September 19, respectively.
