The Dubai real estate market recorded property deals to the tune of AED1.1 billion on Thursday, maintaining its record of hitting over AED1 billion mark in a row for several weeks now.
Thursday’s property deals included 371 sales transactions worth AED825.36 million, 81 mortgage deals of AED231.57 million and 18 gift deals amounting to AED48.1 million, according to Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) data.
The sales included 334 villas and apartments worth AED626.55 million and 37 land plots worth AED198.81 million.
The mortgages included 65 villas and apartments worth AED143.97 million and 16 land plots valued at AED87.6 million.
The emirate’s real estate market recorded AED1.6 billion on Monday, September 19.
The property deals also exceeded AED1.7 billion, AED1.77 billion and AED1.2 billion on September 12, September 13 and September 14, respectively.
