Dubai South unveils phase 3 of upcoming residential project South Bay

The third phase of Dubai’s South Bay introduces an impressive collection of over 200 villas and townhouses

Dubai South Properties has unveiled the third phase of South Bay, the sought-after master development situated in the heart of The Residential District in Dubai South.

This announcement comes after the successful sell-out of the first two phases, which consisted of 400 units.

The third phase introduces an impressive collection of over 200 villas and townhouses, featuring a mix of three and four-bedroom townhouses, four and five-bedroom semi-detached villas, and five, six, and seven-bedroom standalone waterfront mansions.

Upgraded with luxurious interiors, these townhouses and semi-detached villas will showcase marble flooring, fully-equipped kitchens, glass handrails, rooftop access (sky garden), and private outdoor gardens.

The latest phase strategically situates within the center of South Bay’s masterplan, providing the widest views of the lagoon.

It also offers convenient proximity to the state-of-the-art clubhouse and fitness center, as well as connectivity to the central park, which offers lush views from the villas and mansions.

Compared to other prime properties in Dubai, the townhouses and villas at South Bay offer larger living spaces, and their unit prices are competitively priced in the market.

Interested buyers can take advantage of an attractive payment plan, which involves a 50 percent payment during the construction phase, 20 percent at handover, and the remaining 30 percent to be paid over a two-year period post-completion.

Upon completion, South Bay will boast an impressive array of amenities, including over 800 spacious villas and townhouses, more than 200 luxurious waterfront mansions, a 1-kilometer-long crystal lagoon, over 3 kilometers of waterfront promenade, multiple beaches, a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness centers, and lush parks.

Residents will also have access to a shopping mall, renowned spa, kids’ clubs, water parks, swimming pools, waterfront cafes, and a lake park.

Ginco General Contracting has been appointed by Dubai South Properties to commence work on the initial phases of the development.

The Residential District within Dubai South offers a range of additional amenities, including a school following the British curriculum, public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a Lulu hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus route connecting the district to the Expo Metro station.

The Residential District currently accommodates over 25,000 residents, who enjoy its unique lifestyle and amenities within multiple gated communities of residential apartments and townhouses.
