First opened in 2008, Nobu will now move to the Royal Bridge Suite after its 14 year operation at The Avenues at Atlantis, The Palm.

The Royal Bridge Suite has seen the likes of Kim Kardashian, Justin Timberlake, Kylie Minogue and more.

Located on the 22nd floor, the suite will be transformed into the brand-new Nobu featuring an updated menu, lounge and bar as well as terrace views of the Palm and beyond.

Set to open in January 2023, the private elevator will welcome guests to the new venue. The new Nobu will have a sushi bar, VIP areas, a main and private dining rooms as well as, terrace seating.

The original Royal Bridge Suite costed around $30,000, what will now be the entrance to the restaurant was previously a private guarded entrance for those staying in the suite. The suite also came with dedicated private chefs and butlers alongside a library, media room, game room, massage room, 16-seater dining room and more. Crystal ornaments, chandeliers and hand painted ceilings were also some of the luxurious features of the suite.

Last month, it was announced that Atlantis owner Kerzner International Holdings will open a new brand centred around sports and fitness will open its first location in Dubai next year – instead of in Montenegro, as initially planned.

Siro, from the company behind the ultra-luxe One&Only and Atlantis chains, says it will focus on guests’ physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and sleep.

Think, a high-end gym with hotel rooms attached. Or maybe a wellness retreat: Instead of relaxing, you’re working out. To help, visiting athletes for the brand will include Olympic gold medal swimmer Adam Peaty and Somali boxer Ramla Ali.

Zuber expects 40 percent of guests at Siro in Dubai to be staycationers from around the UAE, with the remaining 60 percent coming from abroad. With about 130 rooms, he expects an annual occupancy rate of 75 percent.
