Dubai is gearing up for major festivities scheduled for New Year’s Eve 2024 including some of the biggest and most dazzling fireworks displays.
Several locations across the city are set to host fireworks shows to welcome the new year with the iconic Burj Khalifa show being the most popular.
Here are some locations to watch the New Year’s Eve 2024 fireworks shows:
Burj Khalifa
The most iconic display of fireworks around the world, once again the tallest skyscraper is set to put on a massive fireworks display to welcome the new year alongside a light and laser show.
Restaurants in downtown and Dubai Mall are offering curated packages to witness the occasion.
Additionally, Emaar offered tickets this year for the fireworks show at Burj Park with direct views, F&B options and more. Tickets to the event are officially sold out.
Al Seef
This location has daily fireworks shows at 9 PM, however, for this New Year’s Eve, a special fireworks display is scheduled right before midnight.
Atlantis, The Palm
The Palm Jumeirah fireworks displays offers some of the most extravagant views, this year a fireworks display is scheduled to take place to welcome the new year.
Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) beach
The beach at JBR has a fireworks show scheduled right before midnight to bring in the new year.
Bluewaters Island
At Bluewaters, live entertainment is scheduled at 7 PM as festivities continue through the night until a final New Year fireworks show at 111:59 PM.
Riverland, Dubai Parks & Resorts
Riverland is gearing up to host dual fireworks displays in celebration of NYE. The festivities will kick off at 7 PM with a captivating laser show, followed by the main event at 9 PM, concluding with a fireworks display.
Access to the festivities is available for AED15, while holders of annual passes enjoy complimentary entry.
Global Village
Global Village, Dubai’s diverse entertainment hub, has revealed plans for seven-midnight celebrations on New Year’s Eve this year.
Each celebration, hosted in different pavilions, will feature distinctive fireworks displays, creating a vibrant spectacle every hour from 8 PM to 1 AM.
Dubai Festival City
The Dubai Festival City Mall has a lineup of events, entertainment, and activities scheduled for NYE 2024.
Scheduled to ring in the new year with Festival Bay fireworks and an exclusive IMAGINE show featuring lasers, lights, dancing fountains and projection displays.
Additionally, live singers Arqam AlAbri and Rola Kadri are scheduled to perform.
Tickets for the event are available for AED 100 for adults and AED 50 for kids. Doors open at 8 PM.
