The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) completed more than 34 million smart transactions in 2024, marking a 59 per cent increase compared to the previous year, which recorded over 20 million transactions.
MoHRE stated that the growth reflects the ministry’s adoption of digital solutions and deployment of AI technologies.
It said these efforts support the ministry’s aim to streamline processes, improve its service ecosystem, and enhance customer interactions, according to a statement by Emirates News Agency (WAM).
MoHRE enhances smart services
The growth contributes to the country’s leadership and competitiveness in government services, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global digital economy and a preferred destination for living and working, the statement said.
According to MoHRE, the expansion of its smart service ecosystem aligns with customers’ evolving needs and expectations, providing reliability, security, and accessibility.
The ministry said this approach increases customer satisfaction and ensures service delivery in line with efficiency and competitiveness standards.
MoHRE confirmed that its smart services platform includes over 100 services available 24/7 through its website and mobile application.
The ministry said its efforts align with the UAE government’s digital transformation agenda and support the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031.
It added that these initiatives aim to facilitate efficient business operations and improve service accessibility.
