A new Nobu hotel is set to come to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This follows the signing with Envoria Development who acquired a plot on Al Marjan Island.
The hotel will also house the popular Nobu restaurant. Alongside the Nobu hotel will also be 300 branded luxury residences that is set to provide residents with bespoke guest services and amenities.
The project will span an area of 70,000 square metres and include features including a spa, fitness facility, swimming pools and the iconic Nobu restaurant.
Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality industry
This will mark the second location in the UAE, the hotel aims to boost the revenue of the Ras Al Khaimah hospitality sector.

Last month, Arabian Business reported that the first opened Dubai location in 2008, Nobu restaurant will move to the Royal Bridge Suite after its 14 year operation at The Avenues at Atlantis, The Palm.
The Royal Bridge Suite has seen the likes of Kim Kardashian, Justin Timberlake, Kylie Minogue and more.
