Wynn Al Marjan advertises for casino manager ahead of 2027 Ras Al Khaimah opening

Listings for 101 roles include chefs, gambling pit operators and nightlife managers

The development represents a significant milestone in the UAE's tourism sector and marks Ras Al Khaimah's emergence as a major luxury destination in the region

The Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has launched a massive recruitment drive ahead of its highly anticipated 2027 opening with 101 new positions listed on the resort’s official careers page across several departments, including casino operations.

Among the roles listed is “Casino Manager – Table Games Operations,” marking the first position of its kind in the GCC region.

According the job specification, the casino manager will be expected to fulfil responsibilities such as ensuring the integrity of games, enforcement of regulatory compliance and oversight of pit managers and gaming team members.

Additional responsibilities include accurate handling of the Card Track System (CTS), coordinating with the Card Room and collaborating with vendors to ensure sufficient stock of playing cards and dice within the casino grounds.

The job listing says ideal candidates will be expected to have a minimum five years’ experience in table games or casino operations, along with familiarity with card tracking systems.

Wynn Al Marjan is also seeking to fill the role of ‘Pit Manager – Table Games Operations’ responsible for supervising daily casino activities to ensure table games are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards. The pit manager will report directly to the assistant casino manager.

Other advertised positions include executive chefs for restaurants such as Delilah and Steak House by Alain Ducasse, director of floral operations, director of nightlife operations and an administrative assistant for the casino division.

Max Topainer, former CEO of Wynn Las Vegas will relocate to Ras Al Khaimah to serve as president at Wynn Al Marjan. He will be joined by a team of professionals, selected from Wynn properties worldwide with as many as 200 people expected to relocate to Marjan Island within six months of the resort’s launch.

Spanning 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan will feature 24 restaurants, a luxury shopping parterre, 12 pools, a white-sand beach, and a collection of rooms, private suites, and villas. Work on the development is underway ahead of its scheduled 2027 debut.
