UAE residents and workers can expect a three-day public holiday in September, marking the birthday of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).

This year, the holiday falls on Friday, September 29, as per the official UAE website, calling for a long three-day weekend when combined with the weekend days of Saturday and Sunday.
