Dubai is set to become the epicentre of global content creation this November as the Dubai International Content Market (DICM) 2025 brings together the world’s leading creators, buyers, and investors on November 4-5 at Madinat Jumeirah.

With more than 90 exhibitors and 250 buyers from over 50 countries, and over 500 pre-scheduled meetings confirmed through the Content Business Hub, the event continues to strengthen Dubai’s role as the MENA region’s gateway for media innovation and collaboration.

Major broadcasters including MBC, OSN, Shahid, STARZPLAY, TOD, Abu Dhabi Media, Dubai Media, Oman TV, and Qatar Media Corporation will participate alongside international pavilions representing Türkiye, the Republic of Korea, and Russia.

Global networks

These platforms will showcase the diversity and creative range of global content portfolios.

The DICM Talks programme will examine the future of storytelling through sessions on Ramadan content, micro-drama, sports media rights, and the global rise of Arabic cinema.

Speakers from MBC Group, Katara Studios, Film Clinic, Omdia, Fifth Season, Gazprom Media, and Zee will lead discussions on how the region’s content producers can scale globally while retaining cultural authenticity.

The debut of Spotlight Stories: The DICM Pitching Challenge will allow emerging regional storytellers to present their ideas directly to a jury of producers and investors, opening pathways for new development deals.

Strengthening Dubai creative economy

Meanwhile, the returning Producers Connect Hub will focus on co-production matchmaking, supporting a MENA content market growing at more than 20 per cent annually.

The event aligns with the emirate’s broader ambition to nurture a creative economy that attracts investment, fosters innovation, and expands international partnerships in film, television, and digital entertainment.
