The facility will give YouTube content creators free access to audio, visual and editing equipment, as well as training programmes, workshops and courses.

Among the tools is a new “Facebook Creator” app which allows content products to create new videos and personalised live broadcasts, and connect with their followers. The app gives users exclusive effects and graphic frames, along with metrics and analytics tools.
