Here’s a list of the most affordable Dubai neighbourhoods with one-bedroom apartments below AED70,000 in annual rent

As rent prices surge across Dubai, finding an apartment within your budget can be challenging. Financial experts typically recommend spending no more than 30 percent of your total household income on rent for it to be considered affordable.

Based on Property Finder’s House Prices calculator, here’s a list of Dubai neighbourhoods where you can find one-bedroom apartments for under AED70,000.

International City

International City is a large residential development located along Emirates Road. It consists of ‘clusters’ labeled from A to F, each with its own theme such as China, Spain, and England. The neighbourhood has several reasonably priced one-bedroom apartments with plenty of amenities like gyms, pools, and playgrounds.

It provides easy access to major roadways while being removed from the busy parts of Dubai.
