Deyaar Development PJSC has unveiled its latest project, Rosalia Residences, a stunning residential tower located in Al Furjan, Dubai.
The launch of Rosalia Residences marks Deyaar’s third project in the thriving community, with a total project portfolio value of AED300 million.
Rosalia Residences offers a range of spacious apartments suitable for families, including one, two, and three-bedroom units.
