Deyaar Development PJSC, a Dubai developer and real estate service provider has announced the launch of Jannat which is set to be the final residential district of its flagship community in Midtown.
The Jannat district will comprise of two towers with a built up area of 521,400 square feet. The towers will be connected by a bridge and will feature a landscaped piazza that will stretch a kilometre in length.
Residents can explore an array of amenities including community parks, open lawns, children’s play areas and more.
The district will also feature a multi-utility retail boulevard including fashion boutiques, book shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets.
The development will offer 360 units starting at AED560,000. The project aims at completion by 2026.

The towers are equipped with a range of amenities and activities such as a gym, tennis court, multipurpose rooms, outdoor BBQ area, kids club, play area and swimming pools.
Jannat will be the last of the company’s development in the Midtown district which spans 24 buildings, a retail boulevard, convenience stores, daycare facilities, leisure and sports facilities a nursery and more.
