Dubai’s Jumeirah Garden City is set to welcome a new addition to its residential landscape with the launch of Holm One, a mid-rise development featuring 218 furnished apartments designed for professionals, couples, and small families.
Unveiled during a launch event at Atlantis The Royal attended by more than 500 guests, Holm One will offer studios and one-bedroom apartments starting from AED850,000 and AED1.4 million, respectively.
The development is positioned between DIFC and the Jumeirah coastline, providing residents with convenient access to Downtown Dubai, City Walk, major business districts, and the beach.
The eight-storey project features a contemporary design with clean lines, neutral tones, and natural materials. Each apartment is equipped with integrated smart-home systems and energy-efficient fittings to promote sustainability and convenience. Amenities include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, landscaped decks, a gym, yoga studio, co-working lounges, and social areas.
Holm One is the debut project of Holm Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer founded in 2023. The company focuses on design-led, quality-driven communities and plans additional projects in Meydan and Business Bay as part of its strategy to deliver refined, enduring developments across the city.
According to the project’s developers, Holm One aims to balance aesthetic appeal with practical design and long-term value. “This development represents more than a building. It is an expression of how we believe people should live in a modern Dubai,” said Mahmud Raad, Chief Development and Delivery Officer.
Construction of Holm One is already underway, with handover scheduled for early 2028.
