RAK Properties, the leading publicly listed property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced an expansion of its partnership with Minor Hotels.

The collaboration will introduce Anantara Branded Residences on Mina al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah.

The signing ceremony took place during the Future Hospitality Summit, marking a step towards RAK Properties’ goal of establishing Mina Al Arab as a global destination for luxury island living within a community hub.

The development will comprise approximately 94 residential apartments and 20 overwater villas.

Residents will have access to amenities including private infinity pools, expansive terraces, and direct access to the shoreline.

“Our continued partnership with Minor Hotels is a key milestone in expanding our luxury portfolio. The Anantara brand aligns perfectly with our vision of delivering world-class, sustainable developments that highlight the natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah. This project not only elevates the living experience but reinforces Mina’s position as a premier global destination that fully embraces the unique elements of nature the emirate has to offer,” Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties said.

The project aims to integrate Thai design with Ras Al Khaimah’s tropical environment. JT&P has been appointed as the lead designer for the project.

The collaboration is part of RAK Properties’ strategy to integrate international hospitality brands, aiming to enhance Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal for luxury living and tourism.
