Renowned designer brand Elie Saab has partnered with Ras Al Khaimah real estate developer Marjan to launch its first branded residences, La Mer by ELIE SAAB, in the emirate.
The development will feature three interconnected towers, offering residents a unique waterfront living experience infused with ELIE SAAB’s signature style.
Elie Saab Jr., CEO of ELIE SAAB, said the development marks another milestone in the brand’s expansion.
“This development brings the distinctive ELIE SAAB lifestyle to a region undergoing dynamic growth, contributing to a vibrant and flourishing community,” he added.
This comes as the emirate continues to experience significant growth in its real estate sector on the back of the highly anticipated Wynn resort, marking the Gulf region’s first legal gaming establishment.
The branded residences, situated on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, will be developed by UAE-based ARTE Developments.

The residences will boast interiors designed by Elie Saab himself, promising a blend of luxury and sophistication. The property will feature a dual lobby and multiple on-site facilities, although specific amenities have not yet been detailed.
This project also marks ARTE Developments’ entry into Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate market.

The exclusive sales and marketing of La Mer by ELIE SAAB Residences will be handled by OCTA Properties, with architectural design by Dewan Architects & Engineers.
This collaboration between a globally recognised fashion brand and a prominent UAE developer signals a growing trend of luxury fashion houses entering the real estate market. It also underscores Ras Al Khaimah’s increasing appeal as a destination for high-end property investments.
The launch of La Mer by ELIE SAAB Residences is part of Marjan’s broader strategy to attract well-known and trusted names to Al Marjan Island, further solidifying its position as a premium destination in the UAE.
While the exact completion date and pricing details for the residences have not been announced, the project is expected to significantly boost Al Marjan Island’s profile in the luxury real estate market.
