Dubai Summer Surprises

Dubai’s hugely popular Dubai Summer Surprises festival will return next summer for its 27th edition, promising its biggest event programme yet from June 28 to September 1, 2024.

Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the 65-day festival will feature thousands of activities for residents and visitors to enjoy.

This includes live entertainment, family attractions, dining deals and major shopping sales across the city.

Kicking off the festival will be concerts at Coca-Cola Arena headlined by Georges Wassouf, Al Shami, Xzibit, D12 and Obie Trice.

The Beat the Heat concert series returns for a third year. This will showcase rising Arab musicians such as Siilawy, Marwan Moussa and Soulja along with food and drinks. The full lineup will be revealed soon, DFRE said in an emailed statement on Thursday.

Shoppers can also take advantage of sales and limited offers throughout the summer season on fashion, beauty and electronics brands.

Dubai Summer Surprises is supported by partners including Al Futtaim, Majid Al Futtaim, Dubai Holding and Nakheel. Further event details will be announced in the coming months.
