Ras Al Khaimah’s lifestyle developer and investment company, Al Hamra announces the launch of Waldorf Astoria Residences in the emirate with Hilton. The development is set to open to the public in 2026, the launch marks the debut of the first Waldorf Branded Astoria Residences in the UAE.
The residences will feature 43 luxury homes and a private residents lounge. Residents will also have access to a cigar salon, a skylight terrace, wine storage, private dining rooms and more.
With a focus on wellness, the Waldorf Astoria Residences will house a state-of-the-art fitness and recovery center, personal trainers and golf simulation room in addition to several opulent facilities including a private theater, pet grooming center and on-call concierge.
