Emaar Properties said on Sunday it is set to launch a new residential project in its Arabian Ranches development in Dubai.
The real estate company said the launch of the Samara villas was driven by “robust investor interest” in homes within Arabian Ranches.
Emaar said it will launch Samara simultaneously in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Online registration will start on April 2 at 10am, at www.emaar.com and sales will be held on April 5.
Inspired by Spanish coastal architecture, Samara features 177 three- to five-bedroom villas offered in four styles, Emaar said in a statement.
It added that residents can also take advantage of a large retail centre, specialty food and beverage outlets, salon, dedicated healthcare centre, day care centre and schools within the community.
