Dubai Properties launches second phase of Bellevue Towers project

Developer says two-tower development in Business Bay has garnered ‘huge investor interest’

Dubai developer Dubai Properties (DP) has launched the second phase of the Bellevue Towers project in Business Bay.

The sought-after residential development has garnered huge investor interest and high customer demand after the Bellevue Tower 1 was launched in June this year.

Part of a two-tower development located in Business Bay, close to the waterfront and with views of the Burj Khalifa, Bellevue Towers is set to offer a lifestyle for residences looking for an upscale residential destination.

With 23 residential floors and over 300 units ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, to three-bedroom penthouses and lofts, the launch of the second phase of the property is in line with recent data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) recording a 14% increase in land transactions of apartments for Q2 2016.

Marwan Al Kindi, executive director – sales and sales operations at DP, said: “The strategic location and reasonable price-point of Bellevue Towers is one of the main attractions for buyers and investors who are on the lookout for high-quality, lively residential destinations at the heart of the city.

“Our decision to bring forward the launch of the second tower of the development is in direct response to market demand for customised, high-end properties and will continue to reinforce DP’s position as a leading and confident real estate developer with a 10-year track record of responding intelligently to market conditions.”

The sustainable design of Bellevue Towers features contemporary façade with balconies and terraces for all apartments, with views of Dubai’s skyline.

Scheduled for completion in 2019, good quality finishes throughout the building, a landscaped podium terrace, and extensive amenities including a gym, a pool, a children’s pool, and playground will be offered to the residents.
