Lootah Real Estate Development has announced the completion of 50 percent of the construction work on its new Dubai residential property The Waves.
Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, the project comprises two buildings offering 135 units in total, the company said in a statement.
The new development will feature studios, one bedroom and one bedroom loft apartments boasting floor-to-ceiling windows.
Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director of Lootah Real Estate Development said: “We are very pleased to announce that we’re halfway through delivering this exciting property as per schedule.
“The project broke ground in September last year, and we expect to hand it over prior to Q4 2018,” he added.
Amenities provided in The Waves include a grand lobby, swimming pool, gymnasium with steam room and sauna, and covered parking spaces.
