Cancelling the visa

For a refund, the request must be submitted by the business owner or a commissioner on Qiwa business. Here is how you can do this:

1. Log in to the enterprise’s account
2. Choose temporary work visa service from e-services
3. Choose the balance requests from the requests list
4. Click cancel package
5. Confirm cancelation

The balance can be used within one year from the purchase date.

The package cannot be refunded after 30 days from purchase, or in case of issuing at least one temporary work visa from the package, the Qiwa website reads.

Applicants cannot move the visa balance to other enterprises.
