UAE residents woke up to a cloudy and rainy start to the week on Monday. Rain was observed in various parts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted that the skies across the UAE will be partly cloudy with occasional dust and a possibility of convective cloud formation leading to rainfall in certain areas in the nation.

The NCM expects winds to blow consistently at a speed of 10-25 kilometre per hour, occasionally reaching up to 45 kilometre per hour.

While the sea conditions will be moderately calm in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea, there may be periods of roughness due to cloud activity. The NCM has issued alerts regarding the presence of clouds over the sea.

The winds are likely to stir up dust and sand, resulting in reduced horizontal visibility. Motorists are advised to exercise caution on the roads as the dust may impair visibility. Individuals with allergies should also take necessary precautions when venturing outdoors.

Humidity levels are anticipated to reach a maximum of 80 percent.

Overall, temperatures are expected to remain above 30°C, with maximum temperatures reaching 44°C. Conversely, minimum temperatures may drop to 20°C. As of now, Dubai is experiencing mostly sunny skies with a temperature of 28°C.

Residents and visitors are advised to stay updated with weather forecasts from official sources and take appropriate measures to ensure their safety and well-being during these weather conditions.
