Dream Harbour, a 48-storey mixed-use tower to be located at Dubai Waterfront, is attempting to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Dream Harbour, a 48-storey mixed-use tower to be located at Dubai Waterfront, is attempting to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Designed by veteran Lebanese architecture firm, Agostine & Raphael, Dream Harbour aims at being a contemporary piece of architecture that captures a bit of Arabian flavour.

“The design derives from the thought of waterfront and Arabia which inspired me to create a tower crossing modernism and traditionalism,” said project architect Kamal Agostine.

The project is the first major launch by Dubai developer Desert Dream. “Dream Harbour will bring to Dubai the concept of ‘high life’ living where every element of the design, down to the smallest detail, is focused on the highest quality,” said Mahmoud Khan, chairman and CEO of Desert Dream.
