Saudi Arabia’s saud branch in the Eastern Province has reinstated 30 workers who were dismissed from their job by an exptriate.

The expat who dismissed the workers has had his own contract terminated.

According to a report in the Saudi Gazette, the expat took advantage of his position in the human resources management – employment regulations in the country forbid non-Saudis occupying such posts.

The report said violations worth SR420,000 ($112,000) were registered against the firm.
