Dar Global has awarded the main works contract for Trump Tower Jeddah to Arabian Construction Company (ACC), marking a major construction milestone for what is set to become one of the city’s most iconic residential towers.
The London-listed luxury developer confirmed the award following the completion of the enabling and foundation works for the SR2bn ($531m) project on the Jeddah Corniche.
Positioned to be one of the tallest buildings in the city, Trump Tower Jeddah will comprise 47 storeys of ultra-luxury residences, defined by a striking architectural design and high-end specifications.

The development will also include the Kingdom’s first Trump Club — a private members-only social hub offering premium amenities, exclusive experiences and enhanced privacy.
