Wynn Resorts’ 305-meter tower at Al Marjan Island is approaching completion of the building’s structure, expected in late November 2025 as the UAE’s first integrated resort takes shape ahead of its 2027 opening.

In a recent construction update, the tower has reached the 70th floor with roof deck work underway while exterior progress continues at pace with 19,206 of 26,247 facade panels installed, representing 73 percent completion.

Across the resort’s low-rise structures, combined concrete and steel works are now 97 percent complete with exterior facades, interior fit-out and elevator and escalator installations also progressing.

Structural work is complete for 1,526 of the resort’s 1,530 planned accommodations, 99.7 percent of the total inventory spanning rooms, suites, townhouses and Marina Estates.

Interior fit-out is underway in 1,504 rooms, approximately 98 percent of total units as mechanical, electrical and finishing activities continue across the property.

The accommodation mix includes 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhome and 10 Marina Estates across the 60-hectare site.

Wynn Al Marjan Island recently announced Coral Court, a 7,700-square-meter events and celebrations center targeting weddings, galas and international gatherings. The venue features a column-free Grand Ballroom, six meeting rooms, private salons for bride and groom preparation, prayer rooms and an event lawn.

The resort also unveiled initial details of its dining portfolio. Among 22 planned restaurants, lounges and bars are an Alain Ducasse French-American steakhouse and Delilah, the supper club concept from Wynn Las Vegas developed with The h.wood Group. Both will incorporate design elements from Wynn Design and Development, led by President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.

“We have a major art story that we will be unveiling as we approach the opening, there will be such extraordinary riches artistically around this property – from incredible antiquity all the way to major contemporary works coming from all over the world that will find homes throughout this property,” Lenahan said in an interview with Arabian Business earlier this year.

Beyond accommodations and dining, the integrated resort will feature a beach club, spa and beauty destination, skylit shopping parterre with luxury retail brands, The Showroom theater, 12 pools, a 420-meter white-sand beach and a deep-water marina designed for superyacht berthing.

The project represents Wynn Resorts’ first development in the Middle East and the UAE’s entry into the integrated resort category. With the structural height near completion and interior work well advanced, the much-anticipated development remains on track for its spring 2027 target opening.
