Property developer Binghatti has teamed up with luxury jewellery company Jacob & Co to build what is aiming to be the world’s tallest residential structure. Arabian Business has received details about the tower and what it would cost to live in this ultra-exclusive property.
The final height for the Business Bay skyscraper has not been released yet, but New York’s Central Park Tower, at 472.4m, holds the current record for the tallest residential-only building. In a celebratory launch event held at the Coca-Cola Arena on November 16, the tower was revealed.
The upscale residential tower features amenities including an infinity pool overlooking Dubai’s skyline, a luxury spa, a gym, dedicated concierge team offering services like bodyguards, chauffeur, day-care, private chef and more.
Exclusive two and three-bedroom suites
The tower will feature two-bedroom apartments called Sapphire Suite measuring 2000 square feet and three-bedroom apartments called Emerald Suite measuring 3000 square feet.
The two-bedroom apartment is set to cost AED8 million and the three-bedroom apartment will cost AED10 million.
Exclusive penthouses
The hypertower also features three types of penthouses: Fleurs Jardin Penthouse, Astronomia Pentouse and Billionaire Penthouse.

Billionaire Penthouse
The billionaire penthouse apt to the name given to it, features two floors with an array of exclusive features and amenities including cinema room, snooker lounge, coffee bar, steam and sauna rooms, chauffeur’s room, butler room, jacuzzis, private infinity pool, various lifts, lift lobby, study/gaming room and more. Customisable finishing choices from crocodile leather to specialised tinted mirror and more, the billionaire penthouse price tag is yet to be revealed.

“Inspired from our high watchmaking collections, these penthouses will consist of three types, each named after our flagship Jacob & Co timepieces Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. The interior design of the penthouse collection will be directly inspired by their unique aesthetics. As suggested by the name, the Billionaire Penthouse is the hyper tower’s jewel in the crown,” said Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.
