Saudi Arabia’s megaproject, NEOM has announced the latest update to the destination – a coastal wellness-focused community, Norlana.
Norlana will house an exclusive community of 3,000 residents with contemporary luxury and sustainable modern living.
The development features 711 properties with offerings ranging from mansions to spacious apartments and beach villas in tune with nature.
Guests and residents will have access to a members club with dining experiences and waterfront views.
Nestled among the nature is an 18-hole golf course, an equestrian and polo center. Additionally, water sports including sailing and diving will be available for residents.
In this community, sport and health is at utmost priority.
This announcement follows recent news of other NEOM developments such as Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo.
